Hi, I’m Katarina.
I’m a user experience strategist and researcher, with a decade of experience in nonprofit communications. I’m passionate about projects that empower individuals and strengthen communities.
My UX career includes time as a freelancer, at American Express, and most recently at HubSpot. Prior to earning an MFA in Interaction Design at the School of Visual Arts, I was the communications lead at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund, a philanthropy that supports social justice organizations worldwide. I also worked in communications and development at the I Have a Dream Foundation, a nonprofit that provides long-term social and academic support to children in low-income communities to help get them to college. I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Emerson College in Boston.
When I’m not working, I’ll bike just about anywhere.
